Silly me, I expected more from a Cadillac dealership. I thought they would be trustworthy. Evidently GM is willing to accept subpar standards from their Cadillac dealers. I may expect this from a Chevy or Buick dealer not a Cadillac dealer. Then 2 nights ago I looked at your used car inventory and found my pristine trade in is listed on your lot at $5,499 more than I got, which that process was a whole other issue I have expressed to you, even though you couldn’t care less. The sales staff knew with all these facts present, including Dan Busby that I was getting a horrible deal and willing to push me into it. However as I’ve said to you. You may have made 1 sale but you’ll never make another one from me and I will strongly advise against you. I trusted Massey Cadillac to be an ethical dealer and that was my complete downfall. Massey Cadillac and Sonic Auto group are not ethical dealerships. “Home of the Sonic price” means We’re going to get you.

Good Morning Rod, We appreciate your interest in the all-new Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing. This particular vehicle is in such high demand with little or no supply. Currently, in the state of Florida, there are only 2 of the Blackwing models physically at a dealership (not ours). Our country is going through a phase where inflation, shortage of microchips, and part constraints are making some goods more expensive than others. A good example is the non-Blackwing CT5s. There is plenty of stock and they are selling at the Manufacture’s “Suggested” Retail Price or MSRP. We would be happy to assist you with one of these units. The Blackwing is very hard to come by however we hope in the near future that production does catch up to the market. This will then alter and change the narrative. Robert Moore, General Manager

Mr Moore, good morning to you. I get the entire supply chain B.S.., I also understand that your dealership and some others are taking “full advantage of the entire situation” and a lot of consumers. God Speed to you and the owner but honestly, I wouldn’t purchase a bottle of water from your dealership after seeing your market adjustments. Greed is a terrible thing and also one of the Ten Commandments. If you can live with that I definitely have no issues living without the Blackwing as well. Good luck Rod
