Dear Cmalik2008, It is disappointing that after several conversations and face to face meetings that you still feel this way about myself and our team. Our promise to you and all of our guests is to deliver an exceptional experience. This is not always easy. We offer pre-owned vehicles that are older, higher mileage vehicles that are not perfect but at a low price point for value-minded guests. Because of the price and condition these vehicles are sold as is; no warranty. Our team stands committed to always trying to assist our valued clients and sometimes are not able to provide what our guest desires. However, we always seek to find alternatives. Unfortunately, the feedback our team gave you was not interpreted as intended. You and I spoke and I offered for you to bring your car back after a few days (post-Memorial Day) if the reprogram performed did not correct the problem. I offered to re-diagnose; determine the issue and try to assist in the repair. The next time we spoke was when you called and forcefully told me what you thought of me and my team and to read your online review.
