I received a call from Nick at 12:30 he said it was ready, I went to pick it up, they had washed my truck, cleaned and shined my wheels and tires. The 2" leveling kit looks and rides awesome!!!!I have oftened wondered why so many people recommended Master Buick GMC and now I see why, great service and great trucks and cars!!! Thanks again Nick:) More

Bad experience from a dealership that bragged on honesty as I prepared to buy a car. I was told I had a car purchased, gave my credit info which was fine, asked my salesman is there anything else I need to as I prepared to buy a car. I was told I had a car purchased, gave my credit info which was fine, asked my salesman is there anything else I need to do to hold this car-- the response was 'no'. I was later told my car had been sold to someone else. I know mistakes can happen, the part that made things worse is my salesman was scared to call me back after numerous call attempts trying to figure out when I can pick it up. More
