Conflict between Advance Auto and your service dept. Jack had to buy/replace a Diehard battery purchased at Advance Auto this summer as your service dept said the battery was the problem. Advance Auto Jack had to buy/replace a Diehard battery purchased at Advance Auto this summer as your service dept said the battery was the problem. Advance Auto confirmed for the 4th time that the battery was good. Jack was caught in the middle as we need a car that is safe and starts every time. Also, I thought our oil changes were complimentary but maybe up to a certain time frame and mileage. Can you verify that information for us? More
