Your new service representative Mark Conner went above and beyond to help me get my 2021 Denali timing belt fixed. The Parts team and manager of the dealership did everything to make my visit a nightmare. I was told the belt was on national back order. Much to my surprise I called a couple of owner's of other GMC dealerships and found 3. One of the dealers even offered to come pick up my Denali on a rollback and take it to St. George to fix it. The parts manager and owner need to realize with a little extra work they can help their customers. I should never have been told to take my vehicle home but do not drive it.

Normally, I would let a false complaint like this go, but I don’t think in your case that I will. As I told you yesterday, there really is no excuse in your behavior at our dealership. Yes, your belt is on national back order. I simply do not believe your allegation that you called three other owners of dealerships and that they had those belts. You very well possibly could have found one at another dealership, however, our employees do not have time to call every dealership in the state of Georgia and South Carolina to find a one dealer that may have a part. We do run every part that we order through a locator service if the part goes on back order, and there is no dealership in the entire country that showed having this part number. I am happy to show you the receipts. In a case like yours, we order our parts from General Motors. We will now cancel our order for your part. Your real issue was that we did not have a loaner car for you. You cussed out our service advisor, our service manager, and our receptionist, as well. You then also proceeded to call me and scream at the top of your lungs. Our employees had simply tried to help you. You told me that you wanted a car right blank blank now. We do not have cars available for loaner service right now and that was not acceptable to you. No one at our dealership was anything but civil and attempted to be helpful to you. I can not allow my employees to be verbally abused as you did yesterday. .
