My oil change that did not happen. Came in for oil change, I had an appointment, they said I didn't. I was told it would take 1-1/2 hours, after 50 minutes, they hadn't even started. The man that wrote me up seemed argumentative and never even apologized. I have been a customer at this dealership for over 20 years. Not happy at all. More
