Great buying experience with Bruce! He greeted us very kindly when we arrived. I told Bruce exactly what I was looking for, and he suggested that we test drive the Crosstrek and the Fo He greeted us very kindly when we arrived. I told Bruce exactly what I was looking for, and he suggested that we test drive the Crosstrek and the Forester. Bruce set us up with the cross track first and let us take it out alone. Bruce went over all the safety features that each car had to offer. Ultimately, we chose the Forester. It was a much smoother ride and had a few extras that I really wanted. Getting to the financial aspect, took a wee bit longer than we had hoped for, but as soon as we were in the office, that part of the process was quick and seamless. We made our decision on Saturday and the car was ready to pick up Monday evening, they took care of the registration, sticker, and final detailing. “ The Gray Lady” looked gorgeous!! We were extremely impressed with the whole process and very grateful to Bruce for listening to what it was exactly that I was looking for. I’ve been driving the Gray Lady for a bit now and couldn’t be happier!!! More
