On August 15, 2024 we called Mastria Subaru with interest in the 2025 Outback and inquired as to inventory. Mark Vajentic, our sales associate, questioned the appointments that were important to us in a vehicle and within minutes we were test driving the car. I’d like to note we were not referred by anyone, nor did we know anyone who owed an Outback, but it was clear quickly that we had not only found comfort in the auto but comfort at this dealership. Due to Mark’s professional, respectful and guidance, his expertise was swiftly successful to fit us with the perfect vehicle with every appointment that was important to us and on our wishlist. We pleasantly negotiated with Alex, the Sales Manager, and quickly reached an agreement, was introduced to “H” in financing and in a cordial and comfortable manner we swiftly completed the paperwork. Thanks to Mark’s expertise and our Subaru team we purchased our 2025 Outback Limited. On August 17, we returned to pick up our new car which under Mark’s organized guidance was scheduled to be registered, inspected, polished and ready upon our arrival. Jay pleasantly and thoroughly explained all the appointments from bumper to bumper and patiently answered our operating questions. The Mastria Subaru TEAM is nothing short of PHENOMENAL and we feel Blessed to join the Mastria Subaru Family and celebrate the exciting and memorable experience of our new car purchase.
