Jadaice led the process and is extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles they have available. Jay took the time to get to know me and made an effort to understand what I was looking for and what I was hoping to steer away from before making recommendations. Jay gave lots of helpful information during the test drives (and now I just repeat everything he said when people ask me questions so they think I actually know what I’m talking about). There was never any pressure from Jay; just honest advice and great customer service. Jay stayed in constant communication throughout the entire process. The Service Department also did a fantastic job handling the registration and sticker. Everyone at Mastria was very friendly and personable and seemed to truly enjoy being at work. If you had told me before I walked into the dealership that I would be driving home in a brand new 2026 Subaru Outback, I would have laughed. I wasn’t there to buy a car. Then we test drove the Outback. I loved it so much that I asked if I could take one for a drive myself. One test drive later, I was buying a Subaru too. That was never the plan, and I can honestly say a huge reason it happened was because of Jadaice. From the minute we met him, he made us feel comfortable. He was friendly, personable, funny, and easy to talk to. He never came across as the stereotypical pushy salesperson. Instead, he took the time to get to know us, answered every question, and made the entire experience enjoyable. It felt like he genuinely cared about making sure we left happy, whether we bought a car or not. What impressed me the most was that he wasn’t just selling a vehicle. He was building trust. He listened to what I was comfortable spending and went back to finance more than once to advocate for a deal that worked for me. At no point did I feel pressured. I felt heard, respected, and valued as a customer. He was also managing two purchases at the same time, mine and my cousin’s, and somehow made both of us feel like we had his full attention. That takes patience, professionalism, and a level of customer service that is hard to find. The biggest compliment I can give Jadaice is this. He didn’t just sell me an Outback. He sold me on Subaru. I walked into the dealership with zero intention of buying a car, and I drove home in one because he made the entire process so positive and enjoyable.
