My lease was up on my current vehicle (not a Subaru) and I was only visiting Subaru alongside someone who was very interested in leasing a WRX. I have to be honest, and I never write reviews, the main reason I ended up with my Subaru Ascent was because of the atmosphere and the crew that works there. Bruce was kind and informative right from the get go and never once did we feel pressured or swayed, just that they were literally trying to do the best for us. When the deal with the WRX was done - which far exceeded the expectations of my partner as they found the exact vehicle he wanted as his price point - it was my turn! I find the car leasing situation daunting and Bruce and Chris made it as efficient as could be. I have limited time off of work and Bruce was able to kindly work with me over the phone so when I returned everything was ready to go. I also have leased from others and had no one explain in depth the car to me as Bruce did on pickup day, I truly appreciated that. I can't recommend them enough - I will actually miss going there Saturday! More
