I went to Mastria to test drive a couple different models. After doing so, I was still unsure of whether or not I wanted to trade my car in for a new one. The most important factor was going to be cost, since my spouse was unable to accompany me and I wanted to be able to present that info before making a decision. Jay helped me and at no point did I feel pressured to make the decision then and there. He worked with me to help me get a better idea of how a trade-in would look financially, which allowed me to discuss with my spouse our next steps. Overall, he was very helpful and friendly, and was able to find me a vehicle that had all the options and features I needed. The business manager H. I visited this dealership to test drive a used car I saw online. I didn’t call ahead, and it had already been sold when I got there.
