I had already visited to dealerships earlier last week, much to my disappointment and chagrin, so by the time I arrived at Mastria Subaru in Raynham and met my salesman Alex Sierra, I was in need of such a much to my disappointment and chagrin, so by the time I arrived at Mastria Subaru in Raynham and met my salesman Alex Sierra, I was in need of such an absolute pick me up! Alex is a consummate professional from the beginning to the end. He has a warm smile and presents, easy going and patient, and I could sense and honesty about him and a realness from the onset that I truly appreciate. This is the first car I've purchased in 16 years, and the last one was out of state, under different circumstances, and what now seems like a lifetime ago. Following two years without a vehicle, walking into a dealership after that long not driving was a little daunting to say the least, but from the very beginning to the very end, and that a truly expedited speed, I can't tell you how how great of an experience Alex made this for me, and he patiently walked me through it step by step. I needed the car by the weekend, and as it was late in the week already my fears were I would have to pick the car up the following week, but because Alex and I maintained contact through email, over the phone, and even via text on his day off for Pete sakes, several times ! This man came through for me and had my car waiting Friday afternoon, gassed up and within 10 minutes of arriving at the lot I was zipping away in my new ride happy as a clam!! I really feel like I got what I want, I think I got a great deal on it and Alex really worked out some of my specifics and we came to the best arrangements and I just truly can't express how satisfied I really am with the experience, not to mention I certifiably saved thousands of dollars when compared to my only other comparable car I had looked at that day, essentially the same thing but without the manufacturer's adjustment, again saving me thousands. I went into mastria subaru last night, just to browse…. Unsure what i wanted and if i even wanted to go with a Subaru.
