False advertising! Stay away! They just lost me as a customer. I was a customer for 11 years & I had just bought a brand new 2022 Subaru Outback Wilderness there. Every time I have brought in my 2011 Su customer. I was a customer for 11 years & I had just bought a brand new 2022 Subaru Outback Wilderness there. Every time I have brought in my 2011 Subaru Outback for service, they keep telling me the tires are at 4-5/32 tire tread, not requiring replacement under their old "tires for life" deal. It is obvious that the tires need replacement, but they keep refusing to change them. I recently purchased a new Crosstrek,my first new car purchase in over ten years,,,my son and I spent a couple of weekends on the rt 44 auto mile then came to Mastria Subaru and met Craig Martin,. Despi purchase in over ten years,,,my son and I spent a couple of weekends on the rt 44 auto mile then came to Mastria Subaru and met Craig Martin,. Despite it being a busy Saturday Craig spend two hours with us showing us different models and working with us until I found the right car for me,,Craig was terrifc,, very patient,did not rush us,extremely professional and kind. He even delivered the car to me and spent an hour or so going through all the features to make sure I was comfortable,, I highly recommend Craig Great experience More
