I brought my 2012 Outback to Mastria for recall repairs that I had put off. I've been very displeased with other Subaru dealers in my area and was looking for one I could trust. My husband has recently been nagging me to buy a new car but I LOVED my Outback - it was a standard transmission Outback and a VERY good car. After the recall repairs the mechanic sent a video of his overall inspection noting what repairs were advised. There were more than I expected and it didn't make sense for us personally to invest as much into a car going into it's 10th year. I dealt with Rui and Deb in service and they were friendly and eager to assist me. No pressure at all. So my husband and I returned for my car and to speak with Bruce in sales. We had done our research online regarding Outbacks, Mastria Subaru and car-buying facts and decided we wanted to deal with Bruce. The next thing we knew I was test driving my soon-to-be new Outback Limited XT! Bruce, his manager Chris and finance guy Hassan all made us feel like family. Bruce was very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and absolutely no pressure. You can tell that he's an honest, family guy. When he tells you he wants you to be happy with everything you know he means it and He works tirelessly to make it so. He works with you to find a car that you'll love and can afford. All of the comments about Bruce were 100% accurate. on a scale from 1-10, he was a 10 ! He was very personable and made us feel very comfortable with absolutely ZERO stress. He was A+ from our introductions to delivery of her new Outback Limited XT. We were taken care of on her trade which was a 2012 outback. We negotiated on the price of the new car, and a very short time later, purchased the car she wanted. The entire dealership was very supportive and professional during our whole process. The General Manager Chris Dunn and the Financial Manager Husan Akramkhuzhaev ( common spelling ) were great as well. Both were extremely helpful and supportive. My wife and I both agree that this was the best car buying experience that we have ever had. I have purchased a number of cars over the years, and no dealership compares to Mastria Subaru.
