I worked with Bruce and bought a beautiful outback touring. The process was easy and efficient and he was pleasant the entire time. False advertising! Stay away! They just lost me as a customer. I was a customer for 11 years & I had just bought a brand new 2022 Subaru Outback Wilderness there. Every time I have brought in my 2011 Su customer. I was a customer for 11 years & I had just bought a brand new 2022 Subaru Outback Wilderness there. Every time I have brought in my 2011 Subaru Outback for service, they keep telling me the tires are at 4-5/32 tire tread, not requiring replacement under their old "tires for life" deal. It is obvious that the tires need replacement, but they keep refusing to change them. I rather walk away now & take my business elsewhere, instead of risking my kids' life driving my old car on those conditions. Leonardo J. Velazquez More
I was pleased to be able to get an appointment within a day. And they thoroughly investigated all my concerns. One was a warranty lift gate sensor replacement, and the wiper blades were also covered. This is my first Subaru. I am NOT a very diplomatic person, perhaps a little rude. As a retired senior engineer I have interacted with hoards of sales people over my 40 years career. There are maybe 4-5 salesmen that I consider to be good. I will rank Alex as one of the good ones. I would have walked out of the deal without conscience or regrets, in a heartbeat. Bottom line is - I bought the car, and very happy with it. More
