Even though we drove almost 4 hrs it was worth it. We were greeted by the owner. Hai greeted us after and needed a few things. We almost directly went to see the financial officer and it was quick and We were greeted by the owner. Hai greeted us after and needed a few things. We almost directly went to see the financial officer and it was quick and we have never experienced such a great welcome and quick friendly service in all the vehicles that we have bought. I would definitely send any of my friends or my family there. I really wish they were closer so we could get all our service done with them. First, the Mastrovito rating should have been a 5 star. I must’ve hit the wrong button. My experience when I brought my car in feeling that it pulled to the right, was given. Plenty of time to figure out i I must’ve hit the wrong button. My experience when I brought my car in feeling that it pulled to the right, was given. Plenty of time to figure out if there was a problem. The gentleman took the car for a ride with me, up and down hills, and turns to the right. he did not sense it pulling to the right back at the shop. He had it put on the balance equipment and found that it was OK. I was satisfied with their observation and outcome. I will continue to bring my ELANTRA to Mastrovita service center in the future. I was completely satisfied . Thank you. More
