Had to call four times to get a service appointment successfully scheduled. First attempt was placed on a long hold, then hung up on twice. Finally succeeded on try number four. It was only my first s successfully scheduled. First attempt was placed on a long hold, then hung up on twice. Finally succeeded on try number four. It was only my first service on a three year lease so hopefully things improve going forward. More
