I sent you an email. I feel that my experience was a joke. Promise to "get back to me" was never kept. Ally was rude, raised her voice and over talked my son....acted as I feel that my experience was a joke. Promise to "get back to me" was never kept. Ally was rude, raised her voice and over talked my son....acted as if she knew how to install running boards better than my son who has done it many times. Our whole day was spent at your facility for what we were told would be 2 1/2 hours tops and by your own employee's admission, the service tech scheduled to install my new running boards did NOT know how to do them and another tech had to be called in. This was only one issue that day. I work specifically with the public and if I ever spoke to someone the way Ally did, then told them I would "be right back" only to let them watch me walk around the building and never come back to let them know what was happening, and then let weeks go by without so much so much as any type of a follow up...text, email, phone call, nothing...I would not expect to have my employment any longer. Zach was good and did what he could, my salesman, Balman was off that day but was called about the other issues I believe. What started out as a fun buying experience turned sour very quickly and I can't believe I have not heard a single word from Mastrovito except for you wanting ME to complete YOUR survey. More
