Arrived with my 2000 Sienna steering pulling to the left. Asked for them to find out why it was pulling. Write-up guys says "So, you want an alignment". I told him no, that I wanted to know why it was pulling. Arrived two days later to find out that they drove it up on their alignment machine, found out the alignment was fine, and that they wanted a crazy amount of money for an non-alignment. I asked why it was pulling and why they did not address my concerns, they just told me I asked for an alignment. Why I told them that I didn't ask for an alignment, they got an attitude. Then they tried to sell me tires to correct the pulling. Took it another shop and got a tech that told me that alignment was off and corrected the pulling. Same tires, no pulling. Will never return, suggest that you find a reputable dealer instead of this one. More
