Car is sitting in driveway We came to buy a car for my daughter we wanted it in her name . We said we would finance it BUT would also pay cash which ever was the better finance We came to buy a car for my daughter we wanted it in her name . We said we would finance it BUT would also pay cash which ever was the better finance was suggested to get incentives. The finance was not done properly so the car went in my name her co owner because of her credit But the insurance company would not and STILL will not accept that she has the registration in her name but being the loan is in my name with her as co owner the insurance company is not honoring that. We requested paying in cash but was told we would loose incentives which I cant seem to fine on contract. We were then told the contact was sent to the bank this all happened in less then 24 hours we arrived at Kia 3:00 pm and left at 8:00pm. Car was supposed to be detailed so we could take it home we found empty soda bottle in it as well as papers in it.We wanted to get a new contract and pay cash But were told it is already at the banks hands and Kia said deal with the. bank. The car is sitting in her driveway because of Your Paperwork not done how we originally wanted it. by salesperson and finance dept. More
