Recently, my wife and I both bought preowned cars at this dealership. We are please with the way they treated us as customers. There was no pressure and the sales people worked with us in keeping towards our budgets and we were pleased when we walked out of the establishment. Additionally, after I purchased my vehicle, I had some difficulty in setting up the Kia Connection. When I picked up my plates, the sales person who sold me the car spent quite some time with me in the vehicle and he set up that for me. He worked with me very hard to arrange a price that I could afford. I am very strongly recommending that Anthony be made aware of this and that I really appreciated all he did for me.

My family and I have been doing business with Jim Curley of Lakewood for many years. In the past, it was always to lease a vehicle. This time I chose to buy out my lease. Cynthia Rothschild is always quick to return calls and answer any questions or address any concerns I may have for her. She is the woman you should see if you are considering the purchase or lease of a new car. I always get my car serviced there as well. I’ve never had to wait more than an hour & I trust them completely to take care of my car and not add on extra expenses. Thank you, Cynthia for always making my experiences with you and the dealership pleasant ones!

Extremely disappointing experience with Difeo Kia I leased a Kia Carnival from Difeo Kia in July 2025. At the time of the lease, I was given a VIN number so I could obtain insurance and complete the registration. After driving the vehicle approximately 800 miles, I discovered that the vehicle I had actually been driving had a different VIN number. Apparently, Difeo Kia had two nearly identical vehicles and gave me the VIN for the wrong one. As a result, there was a period where the vehicle I was driving was not properly insured or registered under the correct VIN. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning of the problems. In December 2025, I discovered that Difeo Kia had apparently pulled my credit without my authorization and that a new lease agreement had been created without my authorization. For a period of time, I had two accounts showing balances that I did not owe. The original lease itself was also associated with the incorrect VIN. Resolving the situation required approximately 23 hours on the phone with Kia Finance. Thankfully, I was eventually able to get the issues corrected, but the amount of time and effort required was completely unacceptable. What made the experience even more frustrating was that Difeo Kia did not return my phone calls when I was trying to get these issues resolved. Mistakes can happen, but giving a customer the wrong vehicle VIN, creating additional credit/lease issues, and then failing to respond when the customer is trying to resolve the problem is extremely concerning. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering leasing or purchasing from Difeo Kia carefully verify the VIN on the actual vehicle against every document before leaving the dealership, and closely monitor their credit afterward. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating experience and one I would not want another customer to go through.

The Service Department is completely incompetent. - PennDVM

The Service Department is completely incompetent. I've never seen anything like it. Three times we've had services scheduled and they knew at least a week in advance why it was coming in (once for a repair, once for a part recall, and once for new tires) and of course they know the make/model of the car since we leased it from them. And each time it was dropped off only to be called hours later and told that they didn't have the part (or tires) in stock. And with the tires, this happened TWO WEEKS IN A ROW. The 2nd time they kept it for 2 days waiting for delivery of tires. And did they offer is a loaner? xxxx no. Had to spend money on Uber to make it to appointments for 2 days. Finally got it back on Friday just before they closed. The manager of this clown show needs to be fired.
