Excellent Service Department Rachel Adamec is a top notch Service Advisor. I had my 2013 Kia Optima EX Hybrid towed in due to a acceleration issue. Turns out the transmission malf Rachel Adamec is a top notch Service Advisor. I had my 2013 Kia Optima EX Hybrid towed in due to a acceleration issue. Turns out the transmission malfunctioned and required replacement. The car has over 104000 miles on it but she took every step to coordinate the installation through my extended warranty. The car is back in for some adjustments but I have had excellent treatment by Rachel during this process and also previous services to the car. Both Rachel and Amanda are great to deal with.
