Upon reaching an agreement on a deal upon my first visit, Aaron methodically took the steps to ensure I would only have one more visit to take delivery. By keeping my posted on what was needed from me prior to returning via email and text message, I was able to return at a time set by myself and take delivery of my vehicle in less than 2 hours. The finance officer Eric had all my documents ready for review, and simplified everything enough that even a teenager could understand. Shout out to the service department too for detailing the vehicle very nice upon leaving with a full tank of gas provided by sales. The dealership is very clean and boasts several convenience options while in the facility such as coffee, water, and a comfortable setting with seating away from the sales floor. The other employees of the facility with whom I didn't have any interactions with carried themselves in a neatly dressed and professional manner. I observed other sales people treating their customers the way I was being treated. The other things that stood out, were things like holding a door for a customer, helping a single female carrying a baby by running out the door and putting her tags on her new vehicle in 30 seconds. Eyes on the floor are always on the door and for the right reasons! These are not sneaky sales people working on commission fighting for a sale. These are salaried people who want to make every new face that enters their building part of the family. More

We were promised a carfax and it was never given to us. We have had multiple problems with the vehicle since the time of purchase in which Matt Blatt was unwilling to assist with. After it breaking down for the 6th time in only 7 months we decided to trade it in and found out we are the 5th owner and the vehicle shouldn't have been sold after the 3rd. I tried to contact our salesman by phone and after no call back I decided to stop in and he was there but wouldn't come out to speak to me. They knew exactly what they were selling us. Vehicle wasn't safe and a complete money pit. The absolutely worst customer service. I will never buy anything from them or suggest anyone do!! More
