The employers were courteous and helpful. This dealership caters to it’s customer. They are very helpful and courteous. You are in and out in about 35 minutes to an hour. Battery issues I brought my car in because I had problems starting my Kia Soul. After inspection of my car it was determined that the battery cables were not good. I I brought my car in because I had problems starting my Kia Soul. After inspection of my car it was determined that the battery cables were not good. I had to wait for service to order the part but I was given a loaner car until my car was fixed. As soon as the part was in I received a phone call informing me when to expect to pick up the car. All in all I had a pleasant experience. More

Not what I would expect for going to a main dealership Had my back license plate put on a couple weeks after I bought my car. Was pulled over and got a ticket for the license plate cover not being consiste Had my back license plate put on a couple weeks after I bought my car. Was pulled over and got a ticket for the license plate cover not being consistent with NJ law (covered the words Garden State). Now I have to pay this ticket for something the dealership put on my car. I’d think the car would be legal when I’m given it to drive and pay all this money for it. Car didn’t have a bracket for front plate so I had to make a service appointment to get it put on. Ended up combining my first oil change and the license plate service. The team forgot to put my plate on during the service so I had to wait extra time for that after I was told I could leave. Just a frustrating experience all around. Edit: Spoke to Cathy at Kia and she resolved all of my issues. I am much happier and recommend communicating with them when you have an issue! You will not be disappointed. More
