Honesty I can't say how much I appreciate the people I came in contact with at your service area. Especially, Rachel Adamec. I had a problem with my Hyundai c I can't say how much I appreciate the people I came in contact with at your service area. Especially, Rachel Adamec. I had a problem with my Hyundai coupe and after a poor experience with another dealer, I went to your facility seeking help. I was experiencing a starting issue which didn't occur all the time. I left my car for a few days at your service center to try and duplicate the issue. I just wanted my car to start and not leave me stranded. Nothing was found so they opened the key fob and found damage to the button battery. This they felt was causing the car the problem of not starting some of the time. This is why the title of my review is honesty, I could have been sold anything and told that would fix the problem. Instead the button battery was replaced and the car has been fine. My next car, like my wife's car, will be a Kia and I know exactly which dealer I will go to. More
