Battery issues I brought my car in because I had problems starting my Kia Soul. After inspection of my car it was determined that the battery cables were not good. I had to wait for service to order the part but I was given a loaner car until my car was fixed. As soon as the part was in I received a phone call informing me when to expect to pick up the car. All in all I had a pleasant experience. More
