After we purchased the car Bill showed us around to the different service departments and what they have to offer to better service our needs. Hidden fees, shady negotiation tactics, overall bad. wish I could give more than 1 star, I really do. The salesman was pleasant to speak with but that's pretty much where it ended. I went to buy a Nissan Altima that had a "certified used" status so I could have the warranty that accompanied it. First time around I made an offer that was flatly refused by management, the manager said "the price is the price." Fair enough, they're in the business of making money. After thinking about it, I went back to the dealership later that day considering that a full price offer may be something I would consider keeping the extended warranty in mind. That's when I was told about the $800 TLP "total loss protection" fee that was MANDATORY by the dealership. The salesman advised me that the TLP was in case of a total loss I.e. Flood, crash etc. I told him I was completely uninterested in a forced $800 fee added to the vehicle. Too bad, he tells me. Can't take that off the price. It was clear at this point that I wasn't going to just pay whatever fees they required (included the obscene $495 document fee). I was passed off to another salesman who also wasn't too interested in an actual negotiation. 4 times I was presented with cost sheets with cars that had 3 different VIN numbers, 2 of which were not "certified" therefore no warranty. When I brought up the fact that I was only interested in the certified Altima, I was presented with a $2,500 certification fee. This dealership is as shady as they come. Shell games with different fees and tactics. Long story short, I went the next day to CAUSEWAY NISSAN in Manahawkin. I cannot say enough great things about them. Polar opposite than AC Nissan. Easy, truthful negotiations, no lies, no hassle or nonsense. Do not shop at this dealership, for your own sake. More

my monthly payment i agreed on was 557 and now its 575 now i traded my 2016 jeep in for a 2016 nissan and i agreed on 557 and then i got a payment in the mail for 575, now i had to take the car back about now i traded my 2016 jeep in for a 2016 nissan and i agreed on 557 and then i got a payment in the mail for 575, now i had to take the car back about three or four times, because of the front end. the sales guy ray was very good with me, but the finance manager not good at all, went back to talk to him about this matter and he say he cant do anything or change anything, he also was trying to tell me he told me about the payment and thats a lie and that the bank said they had to put the gap insureance on it and that a lie, i told the saleman what i wanted to make the deal and the gap insurance and tax and tags was suppose to be added in the price, so now im way out of my budget now and now i dont really know how im going to make the payment nextweek. but they say for me to give them a good review and if i know anybody send them in, now why would i ever send anybody to them if they did this bs to me, i would never send them anybody i know. this is some bs. and even the sale guy said the samething about the payment that it was suppose to be 557 and i even call my work partner and told her the payment.... After getting tossed terrible offers by multiple other dealerships, I finally came across this one. My salesman, Zachary, actually fought, TRULY, fought for me to get the best deal possible. It was a long process, because it was GREAT service. I would recommend Nissan, and Zack, to my friends and family anytime. More
