Do not believe advertised prices! We made an appointment to come in with Dani to see a used 2015 Nissan Sentra SR (stock #P2661) on 12/29/2016. Upon arrival we were introduced to Jame We made an appointment to come in with Dani to see a used 2015 Nissan Sentra SR (stock #P2661) on 12/29/2016. Upon arrival we were introduced to James who showed us the vehicle. After our test drive we sat down to talk numbers and were presented with a sheet that showed the advertised price of the vehicle ($13,997) and was informed of a $4,995 "prep fee". We asked what this fee was for and were told it was for reconditioning. The vehicle only had 781 miles on it so this made no sense, We negotiated for nearly 3 hours with James and Bishoy, They ultimately agreed to remove the prep fee, but we were not happy with what we were offered for our trade. We left at nearly 10 pm stating we needed to think about it. We returned on Friday evening and dealt with a new salesman who informed us that the price overall was over $1,000 higher and that is the only way the bank would approve the loan due to the negative equity in our trade. We were also told that the deal we discussed the prior evening was not possible. They also tried switching us to another car, which we were not interested in. They tried switching us to a lease. They kept changing all of the numbers around in an effort to confuse matters. We ultimately ended up walking out. I have never experienced anything like this before from a car dealership. Their $4,995 "prep fee" is not disclosed anywhere on their website or on the vehicle description on Cars.com. This was the most deceptive, aggravating, dishonest dealership I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. More

So I went back last night to shop for a new SUV for Michele my wife. Again the most amazing car buying experience . Nick Mackeller again took great care of the deal alongside of Vitor Ramirez another professional and gentlemen. Of course Bishoy came into play and again great, but this time the general manager of the dealership introduced himself to me and explained a snag with Nissan because I just purchased one two days prior. The GM said he would work on it and he did . Needless to say Michele was getting her new truck,but she was home with strep throat. So they went to her they actually went above and beyond what a dealership should do . Impressive! So again thank you NICK,VICTOR,BISHOY,AND THE GM(sorry I forgot your name) More
Andrews first new car My wife and I were looking for a car for our son. Michele belongs to a buyers group through the NJEA. WE looked at 3 local dealerships in the area. We went to the first and did not see anything we liked there but the employees at that dealership where very nice and helpful. The second one we went to we found a nice car,I liked it and so did Andrew.We worked with a salesman who started with his pitch and snow storm . We started to go down the paper work road and go through numbers. The numbers where not working out and I felt the amount of money was way to high . The sales man was very pushy and rude,he actually tried to separate my son and I. We left and went to Nissan of A C ,a half mile north from the second dealership. Upon entering the dealership I was greatly impressed with the lack of pushiness from the sales team and staff. We met Nick Mackeller a sales man who offered us a refreshment,and tha asked us what we where in the market for . He showed us two cars in the rang and what we where looking for.He new this was Andrews first time buying a new car.Nick took his time and went over each step and explained why each step was important. We never felt pressured.when we agreed on everything we met Bishoy ,anotgher professional and nice guy..I must say they All helped and the deal was closed , car prepped and we drove home. More
Rude! + No Return Call, No follow Up as Promised Test drove a 2016 Maxima. Advised the salesman (John Summer) that I wanted it in black/black with Midnight package, wanted a 2016 and would BUY it as Test drove a 2016 Maxima. Advised the salesman (John Summer) that I wanted it in black/black with Midnight package, wanted a 2016 and would BUY it as soon as he found it on his vehicle search. Salesman (John) called me the Next Day to "Just" to tell me he found the vehicle on a search, I asked where is it was, he said "I dont know but I can get it". I said OK, how much are you asking for it, he said "I'll have to talk to my manager and call you back". I NEVER heard from him again...this happened (Monday) November 21, 2016. Note: After agreeing to schedule a test drive, the salesman (John Summer) gets his manager (Bishoy Youssef) who comes out shakes my hand and says You like this car? I said yes then he says "You cant buy this one because this one is mine"..... I said OK no problem. After test driving the car the next day the same manager (Bishoy) asks me "Did you like it?" I said Yes I'd like to get one...he said "Ok, but you can buy this one because this one is mine" Again I said I assure I wont.... I wont even look at it, he said "Good! don't look at it"....... This was what I suppose was his sense of humor or ignorance. More
