Thomas is awesome! I walked in to kind of just browse around and immediately got greeted by Thomas. I told him I wasn't positive if I was going to purchase a car but he I walked in to kind of just browse around and immediately got greeted by Thomas. I told him I wasn't positive if I was going to purchase a car but he didn't mind showing me around and telling me about each model. I didn't feel pressure into buying a car and could tell he just genuinely wanted to inform me on the new models. Although I didn't buy a car, when I do I will be sure to have Thomas as my sales person. He is genuine and demolishes any stigma surrounding car salesmen. More

Service department is horrible. Service department was once upon a time the best. The new change is horrible. My car was put on a diagnostic machine for an error code and then the me Service department was once upon a time the best. The new change is horrible. My car was put on a diagnostic machine for an error code and then the mechanics couldn't read the code after the company changed hands so they randomly repaired and replaced parts at my expense until a noise I complained about disappeared. Why charge for a tire rotation when you are also checking brakes? The tires come off to check the brakes so does it cost more to put the tires on a different rim? I was told I had an additional $2000 worth of future work to be done. I was shown this list after spending $3100 and could have saved on labor had I been informed while they were working on the car. I got a second opinion and 75% of the work was not necessary. I feel I have been overpaying for service especially labor for years but it was like a bad marriage. I love my car but will never buy another Nissan due to my service experiences during this past year. I received a dirty loaner vehicle and my personal vehicle had black smudge prints all over the dashboard when I picked it up where an airbag had been repaired/replaced. More

Awesome Experience I was very nervous about buying my first car, as I had heard horror stories about car salesman. But Nissan of AC mad it so easy. Liars absolute scam artists So I take my dad there as he was looking for a new pick up truck. No one approached us for almost an hour on the lot. Finally a salesperson give us the worst pitch and then his manager the most unprofessional sarcastic weasel I've ever met. Tell us that we don't know what we are talking about that he's the one that knows everything and we must do what he says! Got up and left! It's a Shame Admiral is no more they had such a great friendly helpful staff. These new people are crooks and liars they don't honor there prices it's all a scam and if you come across Tommy T run don't walk! Who would ever put him anywhere near customers is a total idiot!!! Don't waste your time going there!! More
