Kristamarie is a true professional and has a high level of expertise in her field. She is beyond a please to work with. I take my parents car to any local dealership, but we would rather drive over an hour of expertise in her field. She is beyond a please to work with. My experience at Matt blatt Nissan was amazing. All of the staff that works here are friendly but the one who stood out the most to me was Kristamarie. Very dishonest dealers and sales representatives (James Torrez). They would lie and do anything to get your trade in vehicle and sell you a new car and then they would not do good on their promises and try Torrez). They would lie and do anything to get your trade in vehicle and sell you a new car and then they would not do good on their promises and try to get you on little things like oil changes for $50, etc. When you confront them with proof of their promises they would just tell you they're sorry you've had a bad experience. They made me drive 40 miles to the next dealership for all of my future services and it's still worthy just not to see these scammers. Filed a complaint on BBB website and also informed Nissan North America so they will get what they deserve. More
