4/2022- Had a very attentive service advisor, Krista, who called me often to update the progress of my vehicle. When picking up my completed car, Chris, the service manager went above and beyond to make sure called me often to update the progress of my vehicle. When picking up my completed car, Chris, the service manager went above and beyond to make sure everything on my car was completed. He even double checked our work order to make sure it was accurate! Worst company EVER! They sold me a LEMON I only had it a year and it has broken down 7 times. I've had engine,shifter,starter replaced 2 times. They don't even give you a loaner car while you have no car. C year and it has broken down 7 times. I've had engine,shifter,starter replaced 2 times. They don't even give you a loaner car while you have no car. Currently I haven't had my jeep in 2 months they are taking forever to fix it. This is my worst nightmare this company doesn't give a cap about their customers. More
