They were good. They sold me a decent car but what really saved me was the warranty/service contract. My daughter and I went in to purchase a vehicle …they called and told us she was pre approved for a car. Once we made it down there and they went to running numbers we left a lil disappointed. But our sa called and told us she was pre approved for a car. Once we made it down there and they went to running numbers we left a lil disappointed. But our sales person said a so cool and she did everything she can to get us in a vehicle . Her name is as Ashley . She called my daughter the next day and said she was approved for 2026 Venue. She said all she needed to do was come in and do paperwork . She even picked her up. When I tell you God is good. And she was great . Thank you Ashley More

We drove 3. 5 hours to buy a car from Alvin at Matt Bowers Slidell, Alvin was super nice and very helpful I think he would have given the shirt off his back if I 5 hours to buy a car from Alvin at Matt Bowers Slidell, Alvin was super nice and very helpful I think he would have given the shirt off his back if I had asked for it. Alvin went above and beyond to help make the buying process as easy and stress fee as possible he treated us like family. I would also like to thank Steve the General Manager, and Tony in finance they were also very helpful in making the process as smooth as possible.
