went to parts dept for options on replacing Driver mirror only or complete unit. Zack took the time to come out to see my truck and suggested best option of mirror only and explained how to install. Ordered part at 3:30pm, got a call at 9am next day...part was in. Now Thats service. Installation took 10 minutes. Had to enter my parts order with Bill in Service so he could fill in the credit for Chevy rewards points. That was a lot of administrative keystrokes on staff for a $16.00 reward credit. Chevy needs to figure out a simpler way for Dealer staff on that topic

Warning to all buyers - especially women. I spent two days negotiating a 2026 Jeep Wrangler at Lakeshore CDJR Kenner and experienced some of the most dishonest dealer tactics I've ever encountered. After negotiating a price and shaking hands on a deal, Finance Manager AJ DeLaneuville changed the price in the finance office, added a $3,999 'Environmental Package' and claimed it was legally required after COVID. This is completely false. No such law exists. When I rejected it and walked out, he chased us to the parking lot trying to get us to split the difference. The salesperson then called 15 minutes later confirming the original price was back on the table. The next day they texted paperwork showing the exact same fraudulent charges - $6,945 over our agreed price - as if the conversation never happened. Do your research before you go in. Know your money factor, your residual, and your cap cost. They are counting on you not knowing. I've purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and have never exoerienced anything to this level. Go somewhere that respects your intelligence and your time.

My wife found a 23 Corvette I had been very much interested in at this dealer. I must say from my first call with Brant the Sales Mgr. to his brother Jay the finance person. The whole buying process lasted about 10 minutes or so on the phone and a deal was reached. I traded in a 23 Corvette and felt the Trade offer was good. I did pay over MSRP on the car but that is to be expected. When I went to pick the car up at the dealership it was a great experience!!!! All the staff was great, and they me feel very welcomed. This was an online purchase, so I drove my trade down. So in closing if you want a great car buying experience I would go to this Dealership. After wrapping up the deal on the phone, I asked Brant did he know where the best gumbo was and he got me some upon arrival. Once again a 10 out of 10 If I need another vette I will call these guys and girls again

I buy at least five new vehicles a year bought a brand new $150,000 Cadillac it broke down in the first hundred miles took a week to get it fixed. them broke at 2000 miles and they’re saying it could take weeks and cannot even get them to work on it having to take it somewhere else ..never been treated like this by any dealer. That’s why I deal with Dodge ram never had a problem with service.. I regret going back to General Motors
