VERY SATISFIED WITH SERVICE I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH ALLEN HYUNDAI SERVICE SINCE I BOUGHT MY CAR IN 2003. IT HAD A BIG PROBLEM WITH THE HYBRID AND THEY REPLACED THE COMPUTER. S I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH ALLEN HYUNDAI SERVICE SINCE I BOUGHT MY CAR IN 2003. IT HAD A BIG PROBLEM WITH THE HYBRID AND THEY REPLACED THE COMPUTER. SINCE THAN IT IS WORKING WONDERFUL. THEY ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT LONG FOR SERVICE. VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. SALES PERSON WAS GOOD BUT HAS RE LOCATED. I THINK I HAVE ALWAYS DEALT WITH JOHN BUT I DID NOT SEE HIM THIS TIME.. GARY WAS GOOD!!! More

Fuel engine sensor, oil, and cabin air filter Brandon Eldridge and Will Johnson combined did an amazing job getting me scheduled in right away. I was well over my oil change, required a new cabin air filter I had been putting off, and now had an issue with the fuel sensor. I have an extremely busy job that requires me to be on the road/office depending upon the day of the week. The team had expectations my service would require the car being held over the weekend so arranged for me to have a "loaner car." The team checked out my tires (purchased from the service department), took care of my requested changes, and replaced the fuel sensor under warranty. They only had my car for a few short hours and were able to accommodate my schedule for me to return and pick up my vehicle. They are great, and I appreciate the care and concern each of them take to make sure I was helped, quickly, efficiently, while also receiving great service. More
