Will and Brandon were professional, courteous and my vehicle was delivered back to me at the time promised. Thanks for providing "real customer service"!!! More

Engine light resulted in new thermostate and change of hoses I was going down I-10 in the rain when the engine light came on...scary! So I looked at the gages, listened for noises, and sniffed for burning someth I was going down I-10 in the rain when the engine light came on...scary! So I looked at the gages, listened for noises, and sniffed for burning somethings... and, headed for Allen Hyundai ASAP. Fortunately, the light came on timely. I needed a vacuum hose and the thermostat replaced. Parts Dept. promptly ordered parts and hoses needed. And the Service Dept. folks did a great job getting my 2000 Sonata GLS up and running. Thank you all for always being there for me! :-) More

Service Center manager was awesome! I was short on time and the manager ensure that I was finished in time in which I actually made it to my next appointmen Center manager was awesome! I was short on time and the manager ensure that I was finished in time in which I actually made it to my next appointment with some time to spare. My only critique is that I would ask that all Hyundai service centers would enact "customer courtesy" in which the center does a quick vacuum of the interior, clean the front windshield, check the fluid reservoir and refill, and ensure tire pressures are within tolerance. This in my professional opinion would not only benefit your customers but also place your dealership even higher in overall customer satisfaction. More
