Two things bother me. (1) your complimentary service required me to drive 9,200 miles before changing the oil. The oil effectiveness was degraded to 20%. By far the most difficult experience I have had concerning vehicles. They do not care about the customer. They tell you to not get work done there as they often get recurring issues when they handl concerning vehicles. They do not care about the customer. I brought my car in for a problem that it is still having because it apparently couldn't be duplicated.
