We were 1st in line at opening to drop off my car for its appt. After 6 hours of killing time around Scranton, we hadn't been updated. We returned to see that my car wasn't taken in to be worked on in those appt. After 6 hours of killing time around Scranton, we hadn't been updated. We returned to see that my car wasn't taken in to be worked on in those 6 hours! They said it was next, so we left to waste more time and then after a bit, returned and sat in the waiting room. Finally, at closing my car was done. 8 1/2 hours for an oil change, transmission service, and to adjust the sunroof was outrageous. They were also supposed to do one of the 2 recalls, but they ran out of time. The excuse was the sunroof had to be checked by a certain guy there because it is still under warranty. You're telling me they couldn't at least complete the oil change, transmission service, and recall in the first 6 hours and update us? Communication would have been nice. Worst experience I've ever had at Matt Burne Honda! More
