The dealership is very good now. I was impressed with the knowledge of Service Department personnel, especially Ms. Kasandra Monteagudo. Ms. Monteagudo is also professionally very co I was impressed with the knowledge of Service Department personnel, especially Ms. Kasandra Monteagudo. Ms. Monteagudo is also professionally very considerate and polite. I was very impressed with tech Brian Zimmerman when I needed deeper mechanical information on my vehicle. He took his time to explain what was done to my vehicle and how to improve care of the mechanicals of the machine. Both individuals mentioned are exceptional individuals in caring for a customer. The parts department personnel also deserve to be noted for their competence and helpfulness when buying parts. I wish to also state in closing; the rest of the upgraded service department is why my Honda will return for service. More
