I was recently in Burne Honda for service on two consecutive days. My experience with Burne has always been positive. My recommendation on improving the customer experience relates to the television consecutive days. My experience with Burne has always been positive. My recommendation on improving the customer experience relates to the television in the waiting room. On day one the television was tuned to ABC and on the second day it was tuned to MSNBC. It is not pleasant to have to listen to rabid political discussion while waiting for my vehicle. I would recommend tuning the television in the waiting room to non-political entertainment/information. More
