Brand new car, I took home and cleaned the interior windows and under the hood after sales rep had it detailed. Soap was caked under the hood. I assumed it was detailed properly. Car was dropped off at 8am & not even evaluated until after lunch. Upon arrival at dealer was told a part was needed to be ordered. Even though two issues, neither addressed because part needed for 1 o after lunch. Upon arrival at dealer was told a part was needed to be ordered. Even though two issues, neither addressed because part needed for 1 of 2 issues. It was there for 8 hours & nothing fixed. Called the following day & told the missing part was received. Next available appointment was three weeks later. Total of 5 weeks from initial phone call to when the resolution will even be attempted is NOT good customer service. Lastly, no texting or email updates available. One service professional should act as concierge from initial call to resolution to best serve the customer. More
