Have been having trouble with my 2016 Accord radio not receiving one station......Sirius XM! MY WIFE'S CAR!! SHE LOVES SERIUS RADIO!! So, to me this was a SERIUS problem. The dealerhad it multiple tim receiving one station......Sirius XM! MY WIFE'S CAR!! SHE LOVES SERIUS RADIO!! So, to me this was a SERIUS problem. The dealerhad it multiple times. Sirius shut it completely down and restarted it after 24hours and STILL NO SIGNAL!! Told Morgan Iwas at my wit's end. "One more time, I want to see it!" THAT TIME WAS THE CLINCHER! The techs found a bad antenna cable, ordered and replaced, Honda picked up 2/3 of the bill and the radio never SOUNDED SO GOOD!! TALK ABOUT PERSEVERANCE!! NOW, wife is happy and I AM HAPPY!! MANY THANKS to my Burne Honda Family for their dedication to TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! More

Guy Palmer the salesperson was great and we like the vehicle. He understood our needs and wants. Upon delivery the interaction with the finance person was not optimal. This was a cash deal yet financing vehicle. He understood our needs and wants. Upon delivery the interaction with the finance person was not optimal. This was a cash deal yet financing/extended warrantee was pushed extensively. I felt threatened if the extended warrantee was not purchased. Came close to walking as the last paperwork items to be signed supposedly "absolved Matt Burne/Honda Corporation of all responsibility" when the standard warrantee expired in three years. More
