Storm was forecast for the evening. Wife's car STILL needed new wiper inserts (MY FAULT FOR PUTTING OFF). Called Burne and talked to the guys and they said "bring it up". Said they had an opening at 1:00, Didn’t start looking at until 2PM. They connected diagnostics. Nothing wrong per diagnostic check. Thy putting in a new battery, that might help. The manager said they never saw this problem before. We were charged $126 for an hour of labor for ten minutes of work. Recap, wrong about opening at 1, waiting room was packed. Never saw this problem before, Googled problem, it is common. Told to buy a battery, that might fix it. Might? You’re the Honda experts and you never saw this before and you tell me to throw money at it. Bought new battery, no difference. Took to Motorworld Honda, replaced alternator. Fixed. I would have saved an hour of labor and NOT bought a new battery if I went to Motorworld in the first place. More
