The service team man I dealt with was all ready for my car at 8a.m. . The state and emission inspection was done in like 40 Minutes which was great. Made appointment for 130 on Thursday when I went they said no appointment was made, they told me they can still take me. This was for oil change only. They said 2hours. Called at 330 not done yet we said no appointment was made, they told me they can still take me. This was for oil change only. They said 2hours. Called at 330 not done yet we will call you. I called back at5 o’clock and was told service was closed. I went to showroom and did get my vehicle but was told they had called me. They did not. Got bill for oil change for almost $100. Never again More
