Hi Sasha, Thanks for leaving us a review. To my understanding the vehicle you're referencing was purchased in 2020, correct? I'm not sure exactly what transpired to cause, what I can only assume is your windshield, to break. But with that said, any damages occurring after the purchase of your vehicle should be covered by your insurance depending on your insurance plan. We're sorry you had this experience with us but we do hope when it comes time to purchase a new vehicle you'll give us a chance to help you find one!
