Recently purchased my 2018 Civic after lease expired. Went to Texas to visit my daughter but made the appointment for 30K service and PA inspection. Got in Wednesday, the 29th, dropped off the car and Went to Texas to visit my daughter but made the appointment for 30K service and PA inspection. Got in Wednesday, the 29th, dropped off the car and despite it being a holiday weeked, got the call before 11 am Thursday that my car was ready to go!! Texas could never beat Burne Honda Service Department. Just plain NEVER!! More

Honda , is a good service department. I didn’t have to wait too long to be serviced. My only complaint was when I was paying my bill I happened to question the amount on the bill and explained to them tha wait too long to be serviced. My only complaint was when I was paying my bill I happened to question the amount on the bill and explained to them that in New York they do not charge the customers for the first 2 mai tame century on a leased car. The gentleman behind the both states “ Nothing in New York is free”. I felt his comment was rude and undermined the fact that I was stating to him. It is correct. In New York at Hillside Honda on a leased automobile , the first 2 service maintenance is free of charge to the customer. I have been leasing at least 9 automobile. Representative should never speak to a loyal and knowledgeable customer like that again! More
