Had my 2017 Honda CRV/Touriing model checked over 11-29-21 completely for a long trip my wife and I are driving with the vehicle. The service department at Burne Honda that is run by the "Four Horsemen of Burn Honda,'' is always great. Egon, Jack, Morgan and Mike are outstanding. The guys that actually work on your vehicle also do wonders in the garage. I had the car completely checked over for the trip. Also, Dave Walsh is an outstanding salesman. He helped my wife hook up her new cell phone along with mine recently. He was great. He is the salesman we always deal with. Their Covid protocols at Burne Honda are still wonderful. Dealer did not communicate, I had to repeatedly call for updates. I was then provided dishonest estimates by Morgan, who along with being dishonest has very poor customer relation skills. I was told my repair would be an astronomical amount, but that was "worse case scenario" and they would only be able to tell after actually doing the work. After calling again a few days later, I was given an amount more than "worse case" estimate, but found out no work had been done so there was no way they knew it was going to be worst case. I asked for a supervisor and was put on hold over and over. The supervisor and the technician kept forwarding my call back and forth to each other and the estimate kept changing. I finally decided to pick the car up, paying over $200 in "diagnostics", with no repairs completed. Very unhappy. Will not be returning and will never recommend. PS: Sales department is the same. I called five times to inquire about a trade-in. I tried contacting the finance manager I had originally worked with also. No one returned my calls or emails. Not a happy experience! More
