Brought the car in for two repairs, a seat rattle and glove box noise. The seat was repaired (by far the worst noise) but the glove box noise is still there. Had my 2017 Honda CRV/Touring model inspected, oil change and filter and checked completely over for a long trip planned in mid Dec. The work was done on Friday, Oct., 15 to our satisfaction. This time I dealt with Egon Berardinelli who was terrific as per usual. The next day which was a Saturday Oct., 16, my Key Fob displayed a message on my computer that the battery was low. However, I did not know how to do it so I drove down to Matt Burne Honda service department that morning. Egon was there and graciously changed the battery in a matter of seconds. My wife and I were so grateful. Thanks again Egon, Mike and Lorraine Pidich More
