It was a great experience. We were greeted by Mike, but didn't feel like we were being attacked. He listened to what we were looking for and we didn't feel pressured. Burne kept me informed on my vehicle apologized for delays due to the chip issues although nothing they could do. Advised me when vehicle was ready and went over vehicle very well everyone at Burne Hon delays due to the chip issues although nothing they could do.
