I give 4.5 stars. The test drive and sales process was easy and stress free. I take a half star away because I had an appointment time to finalize paperwork and pick up the car. Once I got there, I was 3r easy and stress free. I take a half star away because I had an appointment time to finalize paperwork and pick up the car. Once I got there, I was 3rd in line to see the finance guy to finish the deal. I waited for almost 1.5 hours just to get into the seat. Once in the office it took literally 10 minutes and I was on my way. I dont know if the wait was due to covid staff shortages or just a very busy day, but being 1.5 hours late on a scheduled appointment was a bit disappointing. But otherwise it was a great experience.
