I have a 2005 Accord and a 2020 CRV (purchased at Burne) that I have serviced at Burne. I am very happy with the service work and find everyone helpful and friendly. My one issue is that after the servici that I have serviced at Burne. I am very happy with the service work and find everyone helpful and friendly. My one issue is that after the servicing, when I speak with the individual calling to let me know the car is ready for pick up or when I actually do pick up the car I am told very little about what was done to fix the problem or if anything else might need to be done. For example, when I picked up the Accord on 2/5 to replace the timing belt, I had asked if the airbag could be checked out since I was getting an off and on warning light on the dash. I was charged $96 plus tax and I thought that fixed the problem. When I enquired if that was the case I learned that the charge was for a diagnostic test and that a seat belt latch was the problem and that for it to be fixed would require another $200+ dollars to replace the latch, but that driving the car as is posed no danger, so the latch was not ordered. I am very happy it was handled this way as I really didn't want to spend another $200+ if I didn't need to, but it would have been preferable if that all was explained to me when I picked up the car rather than trust that I would enquire about it. That said, as I began earlier, I am very pleased with the service overall and I appreciate in particular that Egon always has gone out his way to help me get my needs taken care of when I have had the pleasure of dealing with him. I have purchased 2 Hondas from Matt Burne /Honda. I wish they would have a better discount for a second time buyer. I purchased a fairly comprehensive buyer protection program.
