We have had this 2016 Civic in to your shop at least 5 times for A/C failures. It is incredibly frustrating have to deal with this repetitive problem. Very pleased service was able to get me in to fix my shift on my car. Was so worried I would not be able to shift car in gear after knob fell out. Terrible Took the car in at 8 am. Not done till 4:15. I waited at my dgt's all that time. No apology. I called twice to check . They never called to at least give a head's up.
